Thank you for your BHAFC travel booking 

Although a very hard decision to make, the decision to play football behind doors is correct on health grounds. 

As you kindly booked your 2019/2020 travel with us, we now have the huge administration task of finding out your intentions regarding your current booking(s). As we are a small family business we are looking to maximise the use of our online booking system to manage the bulk of the operation and your co-operation will be much appreciated.

Essentially, you have 3 options :

Option 1  Refund the face value of travel seat(s) (pro-rata basis for Season Ticket holders 5/19)*

Option 2 Please waive my refund and retain for Seagull Travel use - thank you

Option 3 Partial refund - Please enter retained figure in Comments box

* Face value of ticket does not include original booking fee

Please note that we do not have insurance to cover this cause of cancellation so clearly, we would love for you to select either Option 2 or 3 - Thank you!

Please note that if you select Option 1 - there will be a delay in processing your face value refund due to the large number of bookings to process.

Finally, Event Travel Hub will come out of this in one piece and we look forward to welcoming you on board soon.
