Terms and Conditions
Seagull Travel/Event Travel Hub are Stage Door brands. Stage Door relates to the Parent Company.
1 Stage Door can not provide refunds after the coach has commenced it’s journey and the game is then cancelled. Nor can it refund any bookings within 21 days of the match.
2 Stage Door will always try to secure a vehicle which has a toilet on board however we can not be responsible if the vehicle is changed by the coach provider at the last minute and uses a coach without a toilet to undertake the job. If a vehicle is used without a toilet, we will request additional comfort breaks.
3 Stage Door instruct all coach drivers to leave each pick up at the requested pick up time. Stage Door can not be held responsible if you are not at the requested location on time
4 Stage Door acts as agent for the Venue or Producer or Theatre Management and has no control over the event or venue.
5 All tickets sold are subject to the rules and regulations of the Venue/Producer/Theatre Management.
Full details are available at the Venue The Venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject persons subject to the rules and regulations of the Venue/Theatre Management.
6 Times stated are subject to change without notice and must be checked on the day of the performance in the daily press or by phoning our office on 01903 751752.
7 Please check your tickets and check the correct seat numbers/admission numbers, dates, venue etc. mistakes cannot always be resolved.
8 Whilst we will do our utmost to contact you - electronically or by telephone - in the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a performance the responsibility lies with you to check performances will take place.
9 Tickets cannot be cancelled once sold unless the performance has been cancelled by the Venue/Producer in which case a full refund will be processed. In all cases we will need the original ticket to be returned to us
10 In certain circumstances tickets can be offered for resale (this means we will try to resell your seats for you) if successfully sold tickets will be refunded at the nett rate i.e. less our usual booking fee. No refunds will be given without the original ticket being returned to us
11 Tickets are sold subject to the Theatre Management's right to make alterations to the cast or advertised arrangements rendered necessary by any unavoidable cause.
12 Neither Stage Door nor the Venue shall have any liability beyond the selling price of the ticket.
13 These terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
14 In the unlikely event that you have experience and problems, you must immediately inform the supplier of the service, including coach driver, contact our emergency number, restaurants and hotels at the time of the problem. Any complaints must then be put in writing to us within 3 days of the event.
15 Whilst in the Amex coach park
Event Travel Hub kindly remind all passengers to:
a) please observe coach park team stewards at all times
b) when returning to your vehicle after the match, please approach the vehicle from front
c) please be mindful of other passengers when boarding your coach
d) there is a zero tolerance approach to swearing or insulting behaviour to coach park team stewards, coach stewards and drivers.
16 In the advent of any traffic incident, Stage Door can not be held responsible for the late running of the service.
17 Please note that our passenger loyalty points are only valid for 12 months from the point of booking.
